Do you have a store, or can I only buy online?

Our studio is open only for custom orders. For a custom order please contact us for an appointment via: info@doraabodi.com.

Is it possible to pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. All online orders are delivered by courier.

What payment options do I have?

On our site, you can pay by bank card using OTP’s Simple pay secure online payment solution. Bank cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. You can also pay for your order through the PayPal system.

Which courier service delivers my order?

We use different couriers (DHL Fedex, DPD, TNT); you will receive the tracking number and courier information in e-mail.

Is Express & worldwide shipping available?

Yes, You can choose Express shipping. We ship worldwide with some exceptions

What currency is the payment made in?

Please note, that purchase prices include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with Hungarian tax rules, but do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are displayed separately based on your shipping destination. All purchases are made in EUR. In case your bank account is in a different currency, then your bank might include some additional exchange. We are not responsible for possible exchange fees in these cases. If you are unsure about the procedures your bank is following in case of such transaction, we suggest contacting your bank for further information. Charges on your bank statement will appear as “Artabo Kft or doraabodi.com”.

How long does it take for me to receive the ordered products?

We fulfil a part of our orders from our stock, so we try to deliver everything within 3 8 working days of your order. Please note, that for orders outside European Union the custom process can affect the delivery time. Regarding Preorder pieces we require 4-8 weeks to fulfil the order and You will receive an email, with all relevant information. For more please read our General terms and Conditions.

How can I exchange a product purchased on the site or request a refund?

After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the products. If the product does not suit you for some reason and its condition is intact, we will refund the price. In such a case, we will organize the return for you completely free of charge. In this regard, you can find exact details in the General Terms and Conditions. If only the size was incorrect, please place a new order by choosing the correct size and return the incorrect product. Please do not forget to fill out the return form available here and include it in the package when returning it.

If it doesn't fit, can I return underwear or swimwear?

Yes, if the size is not right or the product is not to your liking, you can return underwear and swimwear to us, but only if the following conditions are met:

For hygiene reasons, please try all swimwear items on over your underwear and make sure that the hygiene tape is still on the piece.

When the underwear is returned, the hygienic protective device inside is intact, the packaging is not damaged, and the labels have not been removed.

We cannot exchange the product or refund the purchase price if it has already been used or worn.

How can I return jewellery?

For your jewellery to retain its shine for as long as possible, please pay attention to the following:

Make sure that it does not meet moisture or substances that could damage its surface. Examples of such substances are (but not limited to) cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, cleaning and disinfecting agents, chlorine, salt and thermal water and sweat. We recommend that you avoid wearing jewelry while showering, playing sports, and sleeping. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in an airtight, dry place, preferably in its original box or packaging. For care and cleaning, use a soft, preferably microfiber cloth, with which you can clean your jewelry with careful, wiping movements, without rubbing. If these conditions are not met, we cannot assume any liability for defects caused by improper use. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to scratches, wear and damage of the product during normal wear.

How do I get the price of the product back if I return it?

If the product has arrived at us in accordance with our return conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the product in the same form as your chosen payment method within 15 working days of its return. That is, if you paid with a bank card on the website, you would get the purchase price back to your bank card, and if you paid via PayPal, we will refund the amount via the PayPal system.

Do I need to register to order?

No, you don't need to register. You can place an order without registration by entering your e-mail address, name, phone number and delivery address.

How do I receive an invoice for my order?

We issue an electronic invoice for every order, which we send to you by e-mail, so we ask that you not to look for an invoice in your package. The invoice will be issued based on the data provided at the time of ordering and will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
